Nyema Mihayo
Operations Associate
Nyema Mihayo is an Operations Associate at Axum. Her role includes talent management and general administration. Prior to joining Axum, Nyema spent 7 years at Dalberg Advisors supporting human resources matters, finance, and managing the office as well as events. Before that, she was at Jhpiego and KOICA. Nyema holds a master’s degree in Community Development and Project Management from Tumaini University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Dar es Salaam.
